Our tolerance/compassion education programs reached out 
to 101 schools and local governments in 2012.



  • Traveling exhibitions (at total 17 venues)

"Anne, Machiyo, and Souvenir d'Anne Frank" traveled to Kunitachi city(Tokyo), Nisshin city(Aichi), Minou city(Aichi), Kawanichi city(Hyogo), Miyoshi city(Hiroshima), and Nakano-ku(Tokyo). "Hana's Suitcase" traveled to Tsukuba city(Ibaragi), Mori junior high school(Kanagawa), Theater Kooro(Osaka), Kiyose-daisan elementary school(Tokyo), Hamamatsu high school(Shizuoka), and Funada elementary school(Tokyo). "Chiune Sugihara - Man of Courage" was also exhibited at Tsunohazu
public library(Tokyo) and Suita city(Osaka).




  • New set of educational panel "Raoul Wallenberg"

As part of the Raoul Wallenberg Centennial Memorial projects cohosted by the Embassies of Sweden, Hungary, and Israel in Tokyo, our new set of educational panel on Wallenberg was exhibited at the Swedish embassy, Hosei University, and Kokusai Josai University.



  • Presentation/workshop/teachers' seminar at schools and other venues

Our "Hana's Suitcase" presentation was held at 68 schools and local government human rights education programs. Workshop on "Anne Frank" also traveled to Yokohama. "Man of Courage - Sugihara" was held at 4 venues.



  • Screening of the film "Grand Mosque of Paris"(June 23, 2012)




  • Screening of the film "Inside Hana's Suitcase"(May 17, 2013)


We welcomed 205 guests and were able to raise 240,000yen for the Tohoku earthquake/tsunami relief efforts.

  • Newsletters and email magazines

We printed a total of 2500 newsletters (summer and winter) and also issued 8 email magazines which we sent out to 350 subscribers.
